Templates and Variants

Start from proven layouts, then adapt for each tenant.

Picking a template

  • Choose from industry presets (classic, payments, telecom, property, automotive, etc.).
  • Templates include prebuilt hero, feature, and CTA blocks tuned to the domain.

Cloning and reusing

  • Duplicate an existing tenant home to jumpstart a new tenant.
  • After cloning, update branding, CTAs, and tenant-specific messaging.

Header edit options

  • Update the logo/wordmark per tenant and confirm contrast on the header background.
  • Review primary nav order and labels; keep the top-level list short and task-focused.
  • Set the header CTA label and destination; hide or swap per tenant when needed.
  • If the template includes header variants, choose the one that best fits the page tone.
  • Preview on mobile to ensure the menu and CTA remain clear.
  • Update footer link groups and ordering; keep legal links consistent across tenants.
  • Confirm contact/support links route to the correct tenant resources.
  • Keep copy short; avoid duplicating header CTAs unless required.
  • Verify iconography and social links align with tenant branding.
  • Preview at multiple breakpoints to ensure spacing stays balanced.

When to template vs manual

  • Use templates for speed and consistency across tenants.
  • Use manual edits for bespoke campaigns or one-off messaging.

Versioning and rollback

  • Save drafts before large changes.
  • Keep a published version stable; create a new draft for experiments.
  • If a template doesn’t fit, reset by reapplying or cloning a known-good page.
